Short Plot Summary
Mob courier Tommy Spinelli is hired to deliver a duffel bag containing eight severed heads as proof of a job completed. During a flight, his bag is accidentally switched with luggage belonging to Charlie, a young man traveling to Mexico to meet his girlfriend Laurie and her parents. As Tommy hunts for the missing bag, Charlie and Laurie desperately try to get rid of the heads before the vacation turns into a full-blown nightmare.
