Short Plot Summary
After arriving in Miami during the Mariel boatlift, Cuban refugee Tony Montana claws his way from low-level criminal work to the top of a violent cocaine empire. With his loyal friend Manny beside him, Tony gains money, power, and influence, but his paranoia, ego, addiction, and brutality slowly destroy everything he claims to want.
