Short Plot Summary
In the summer of 1979, a group of kids in Lillian, Ohio, are making their own zombie movie on Super 8 film when they witness a catastrophic train crash. Soon after, strange disappearances, military activity, electrical disturbances, and unexplained attacks grip the town. As Joe Lamb and his friends keep filming, they uncover a secret involving the U.S. Air Force, a trapped alien creature, and the emotional wreckage left behind by Joe’s mother’s death.
